knocking on heavens door

I changed my oil and I am still getting a knock at low to idle rpm's. Can any help me on what the problem could be

cbr1000rrmarine i dont no is it a bottom end knock a top end knock if it were me i would pull one plug wire at a time if the knock goes away with a plug wire off i would think a rod. did you have the knock before the oil change i have heard of plastic over the hole where the filter screws on stopping the oil from flowing out properly

the best thing to do is get you a statascope and run it over the engine and find where the noise is coming from. you could have crankshaft end play causing the knock.sometimes you can feel this on the left side of the case.if this is the problem you need a rebuild because the main bearings are going out and causing the crank to run side ways on the power stroke.
