Know how to paint wheels?

So I am painting my CBR in two weeks with a buddy of mine that is an experienced painter.  I am going red for the body with black accents and decals.  I want to do the wheels balck, Except neither of us have ever done it.  Does anybody the specifics of painting wheels?  I will get some before and after pics up.  Will do the wheels black if I get that figured out. 

i just painted mine all you have to do is have your tires taken off the rim and sand the wheel enough to not have any shiny paint left on them, and since your using black you shouldn't have to primer them because colors don't bleed through black paint.
