Ok,
I'm trying to get myself motivated to get a 1000RR in the next year or two. Let me see some pics to help me get motivated to save up for one

Here is a pic of the 2005 1000rr Repsol Replica. The bike has no aftermarket parts, just graphics. Still a sweet bike though. Honda is also going to come out with an all red 1000rr. That should be sharp as well.

That bike is just awseome. Thats the one that may make me get one sooner then I had originally planned. I also like the black with white graphics they have for 05.

I was told the Repsol CBR1000 is due in November/December time frame. I am going to the International Motorcycle Show in 3 weeks and will checking it out there!! Honestly though I am after the new R1..I have had a 02 and loved it and the 04/05 is so much better

the repsol is sick and all its just a little much.. i would feel a lil odd driving that thing lol.. I think the black/metalic silver model is REALLY nice.. but besides that im with sirlimp on the R1 but i still cant get over the power of the 10R.. saw a vid of it running 9.3 with just a slip on and bieng lowered..

Here's mine with a babe on it -- well, she's my baby girl ...

The dirty Jeep is mine also -- it likes mud.

Here's my baby boy on the CBR --

Sweet looking 1000RR. Just get rid of that rear sail I'm hoping to get a 100RR within the next year or two. I'm kinda partial to the 05 black & white or the 04 all black. Better be carefull, soon the kids are going to want to take the bike for a ride

Sorry dude, I'm gonna have a bike that's one of a kind this time --- I'm leaving it stock

Hahaha, nothing wrong with that at all. Plus like you said now days, leaving it stock will be different.

cut the back fender off, put on short blinkers, flush mounts in front.
Tomahawk red compound tires.

What do you think?

Looks nice man. Welcome to the board. How do those colored tires handle? I have seen them, but never met anyone who ran them.

I actually really like the way stick. I took them in the canyons. It was really nice. I don't know about the color. i haven't yet wrapped my head around the color...

Dragon -- Dude, your garage is waaaaaaaay too nice! My house isn't that clean ... the kids make sure of it. But my messy garage is also mine. Wifey parks her cage outside while the bike stays comfy warm.

Quicksilver -- your bike looks sharp. I particularly like the red on the wheels (got the same design on my Jeep). It may just be the picture, but I see a bendage issue with your front wheel -- at 5:45 if it was a clock. I hit a pothole with my Busa and had a dent like that. After the incident I pulled over and checked out my wheels -- back was trashed so I limped home. Didn't notice til later that the front wouldn't hold over 20# of air. That damn pothole cost me $450!!!!

Chainstretcher,
Actually the bendage is an installation error on my part. I put the rim tape on while the wheels were on the bike. I wanted to make sure I liked the look before I took the wheels off the bike. I have naother role and am going to take the wheels off and install the tape when its a warm day. Thanks for the compliments.

QuiK -- Ya, of course after you point it out I can see that it's a tape error. Dooooohhh!! Sorry. I'd rather err on the side of caution any day. My actual bent rim looked similar to yours and I didn't notice til I checked the pressure. So where does one find this color pretty rim tape anyways?

Chainstretcher - I purchased the reflective rim tape from www.ridesafer.com for 9.95 roll which is plenty for both sides of the front and rear wheels. They should have any color you want. The guy that owns the store is very cool. You can also get it from www.tricktape.com but they'll charge you 19.95 for the same stuff. The tape looks bad ass when car headlights go across the tape. Post a pic if you decide to do the tape.
