License plate mount

I'm planning on eliminating my vertical plate mount, if I start having issues with the police. Anyone knows of a descent and not too expensive horizontal plate mount for under the seat area. My bike is customiize with a itergraded tail light. I embeded a picure of the rear of my bike.

Try www.sprengineering.com, they have a cheap and easy plate relocation kit. Uses a clamp that goes around the pipe, and a small piece of aluminum to mount the plate to. You can also get license plate bolts with lights in them, just in case an illuminated plate is a requirement in your state. The clamp is like those used to tighten radiator hoses down. It comes with a strip of high temp gasket to protect the exhaust can.
