I know that you guys will tell me to use the SEARCH engine to find the answer. I DID, but were those the only OPTIONS that we can make another key: by getting the code from Ignition Switch (which is a pain in the azz for me), bring the bike to locksmith (well, that requires towing, which i don't have a truck to do that or a trailer, only car is a 350z). Anyways, is there a NUMBER that I can call and just give them my Vin Number and proof of owner's identity??????????????? I just have a feeling that i will find the Damn key once i have a new key made...but in the mean time, i need a key in hand :). Any suggestion beside changing out ignition is appreciated.

i take that back.. if your bike is brand new you got a small silver tag with 8 numbers on it.. you were supposed to write that in the back of your manual.. thats the number they have to get from your ignition switch.. so if you didnt write that down or dont have that tag, they will have to get it from the ignition.
BTW i did the same thing last week, lost one of my keys, turns out it was in my pocket with my car keys and when i pulled then out the moto key fell in the parking lot of my place.. someone turned it in and i got it back the next day.. so there is hope.. just stop looking bc thats when you will find it.. lol

Another option is to sell the 350z and buy a truck so that you can bring your bike to the lock smith

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....believe it or not, I FOUND MY KEY YESTERDAY. I dropped it at school's parking lot that morning. Right after I typed the message on this forum telling ya'll that i lost my KEY, I decided to go look for the key at 9pm that night and went back to the same path that i walked that morning....Oh my jesus christ...I FOUND THE KEY laying in the middle of the parking garage. It has been ran over by cars but it works fine. I just couldn't believe that I found it.........BTW, i'm not gonna sell my Z man :), love it too much :).
