Michigan riders

just wondering how many michigan riders there are on this fourm. bunch of people are riding sunday 696 and hover area sunday let me know if anyone else needs more info

Ill be ridin this weekend on the west side of the state. Had her out on wednesday and it was a great day for a ride.

I lived in michigan for four years in a town called Sparta. Just north of Grand Rapids. Went to church in a town called Rockford. I never saw so many people who dont use they're blinkers. I swear to god that 90% of the people in Mich dont use Blinkers. You know what I mean?

St. Clair.... it was nice this weekend but getting cold again :( I seen a couple cbr's out. It was a blast.

Way up in the U.P. here. It snowed today, again, so my baby will have to spend more time in the shed. I have had spring fever for months now. Oh, well, I just spend all my money on mods!

I live in Flint area...I was riding 3/12/06 and it was fantastic...Can't wait for some consistent weather

Yesterday was warm but holy cow was it windy. I was doing about 60 mph in the middle of the lane and a wind gust blew me all the way to the white line. I was riding on like a 45 degree angle trying to pull it back. 3 more inches and the gravel would have had me. I turned around and went home. Never seen it that bad before.

South of detroit, Riverview. I'm always out riding when its nice!!

Bike is at my parent's house in White Lake though.....it REALLY sucks that motorcycles aren't allowed in any of the apartment complexes around here in Wixom/Novi

What's up Michiganders? Macomb Twp here just off 21 Mile by North Ave. Need about 5 more degrees to make for really enjoyable riding for me. Just took my HRC jacket in for cleaning lot of dirt from last season. Did a lot of riding on 696 last year. Bike is ridable for this season already. Really need to get a new battery, but don't want to dump $100 into a freaking battery right now. Battery hold juice enough when warm outside, just looses charge quick when cool outside. Like I said before I live in the Flint area and I usually ride with a big group of bikes usually around 15, but I have seen 30. We ride almost everyday. Some guys even road Christmas last year. I you want to make the 20minute hike to Flint let me know...you are more than welcome to ride with all of us! A warning before hand alot of us ride like asses...but never to crazy ;)

Guys (and gals too I guess) - This weekend there's supposed to be a pretty big ride in Flint. Not a very long ride (only 40 miles) but it's for a good cause - fundraiser for a couple Genessee county fire depts. The ride is called "Bikin' for Burns". I posted some information in the "Road Trip" section of the forum. There's a link there for more ride info. If the weather is nice I think I may join the festivities.

I absolutely despise consecutive postings... but here I go anyways.

I live in the Saginaw area and have been thinking about getting a group together to head down to Mid-Ohio this summer for the super bike races. There are actually 3 race weekends there this summer... August 4-6, September ?? and I believe October.

I just moved here so I pretty much ride solo... so if anyone wants to ride some weekend or if there's interest in heading down to the races, let's get goin'.

I live in the Bay City area, Ohio would be great. July 15-16 Ohio NHRA drag race, a bunch of us are riding down for the event I went last year and had a great time even though I am not big on drag bikes.

Hey where in Ohio are the drag races? I might be down for that too... just another way to get out on the road with the boys. Keep on posting and let me know the details - when you're leaving, how many bikes, location, overnight accommodations, etc. Thanks.

Repsol1 - Hey were you at Rider's this past weekend in Saginaw? There was a ton of bikes over there for a cookout on Saturday... I stopped for a second but didn't stay long. Seems like everyone was into their own little clique and I had a tattoo appointment so I couldn't stay if I wanted to! I saw a Repsol Honda there, that your's?
