HI GUYS MOST BIKERS HATE MIRRORS AND INDICATORS I DO I KNOW THERE ARE DIFFERENT DESIGNS BUT I HAVE COME UP WITH THE BEST. I HAVE JUST GOT A PAIR OF GIXER 1000 K5 INDICATOR MIRRORS AND AFTER A WEEKEND OF MODIFYING HAVE GOT THEM FITTED TO MY BLADE AND THEY LOOK THE DOGS BORROX. I AM BUZZING ABOUT THEM AND WILL POST PICS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU BLADE OWNERS TO DO THE SAME. I GOT THE MIRRORS OFF E-BAY FOR ABOUT 90 GB POUNDS. AND THEY WORK A TREAT.

please send in some pics of the mirrors. I have recently purchased the same mirrors and i am looking to put them on real soon. What did you end up doing with the recessed areas that the original signals were in. I wish there was some sort of color matched plugs that would fit into the holes. please let me know if you have any ideas.

As you probably know the front cowl mounts to the faring stay using the bolts that mount the original mirrors. I am assuming what ever you find will have to be mounted in the same manner to mantain support to the front cowl.

HI THERE YEP ITS NOT AS EASY AS IT SEEMS I HAD TO MODIFY THE FAIRING BRACKET AND ALSO THE MIRRORS BECAUSE THEY SIT TOO FAR DOWN AND LOOK ODD, I HAD TO SPLIT THEBODY OF THE MIRROR FROM THE STEM VIA THE 2 BOLTS THAT SECURE IT THEN MAKE A SHAMFORD TUBULAR SPACER TO KICK THE MIRRORS OUT THEN FILL THE GAP THAT WAS THERE. MASK UP THE MIRROR AND SPRAY THE GAP WHICH WAS FILLED. I WILL SEND SOME PICS IN SHORTLY. CHEERS IAN
