No problem...why should I give credit to someone who is unresponsive (granted it's a hot item) but still....you put your ideas up.....****ing follow them!!!!!

"I purchased your product and have given it a great deal of hype on a forum I belong to. I think it's a great compliment to my bike, but I'm disappointed. I was told by the people on that forum that you have not been responsive to them about their concerns. My concern is now this. I support your product and the people who I have told about this item, that want it, are giving me negative feedback about your customer service. In return that makes me look bad supporting an item that doesn't offer a positive all around return. If you are no longer manufacturing this product, please be responsive and advise people of same or remove your site. By no means do I want to be ugly about the situation, but it is not fair to the people that are interested in purchasing your item. How would you feel about wanting an item, but have a simple question that goes unanswered by the manufactrer? I know I wouldn't buy it and you would lose a sale. Please ponder this and hopefully I'll get a response and you'll stand behind your product. Thank you."
