okay. i today i finished putting on everything else that came in the mail this week. I love the new decal set. I ordered it from
www.tapeworks.com. Also i put on the new F.E. kit from cbr heaven on ebay. when i get some more time i'm gonna take off the rest of the plastic on the F.E kit and polish my pipe out so it will look a little better. I jus left it so i could see what it would look like when i cut most of it off. Anyways here are the pics. What do you guys think? o and by the way.. i ordered some flush mount signals yesterday.. then i think cosmetically thats all i'm gonna do for now.. i've only had the bike 2 weeks and i think it looks great so far.. next is def. exhaust..

I'm usually not a fan of people pin striping the wings............BUT DAMN DOES THE SHADOWING LOOK FREAKING AWESOME! And it's good to see someone pin striping their wheels blue instead of silver.
BIKE LOOKS GREAT MAN, really does.

Definetly looks good, I like it alot...
Only suggestion is to relocate those swingarm stickers to inside the tailsection

Just to let you guys know about how much all this would cost for the aftermarket parts as of now...
$150 for CBR Heaven Fender Eliminator Kit (Ebay)
$95 for
www.tapeworks.com '07 CBR600RR Wing Shadow Kit and Burmuda Blue Reflective Rim Stripes
so for only $240 you can make your bike look a lot better in my opinion. Also right now i have $35's worth of Hotbodies Flushmount Signals on order. (ebay)
i think they will make it look a ton better too.. anyways. Thanks for posting.. o and Erion i'll definally do that. Thanks!

i knew i saw that shadow effect somewhere before. It certainly is sweet. Couldnt I just buy black tape and cut it myself for the same effect for probably no more than like 10 bucks instead of $95? lol

haha yea tx you're right.. guess we have the same view in mind. haha. o and vin yea you could def do that on your own... but i think you would be wasting a lot of time and effort.. i dont think you can even come close to the quality they make.. well maybe.. but its still gonna take a lot of time.. i'd rather work a couple extra hours and not have to deal with all the nonsense... thanks for the comments guys.. i'll keep upgrading if you guys stay interested.. peace.. ^^ Well, if it's not great big ol' Mr. Moneybags himself!

You could definitely cut your own vinyl and create a kit like that, but like you said, it would take quite a long time..........but it would be your own........which is really what I'm into.
All the black vinyl in the front and rear of my bike is all done by little ol' me with a sheet of black vinyl, scissors, razor blade, hair dryer and a squirt bottle with soapy water. I dubbed the front end a "Raccoon Mask", which kind of takes inspiration from a 1000RR. Then I did the little bit on the tail as well...........and a "collar"............and some more on the tank.........and a little more on the seat cowl. (I think that's it.)

VERY sick looking! I'd second the idea of taking the stickers off the tank, which is the first thing I did before even riding my bike. I love the look of the FE kit and actually want to get one very similar, but want to keep it legal as possible. What are the chances of getting pulled over for just that, without a traffic infraction?
Again, sick looking bike!

well i dont know about anywhere else but around here the cops are very lenient and dont know much about how bikes are supposed to look and whats stock or not.. so in north louisiana its not a big deal..

How hard is the rim tape to put on with that set. Is it a solid strip or 4 pieces?

thanks dup.. and skydive no it wasnt very hard at all.. it was one piece and if you dont even have any experience at pin striping at all its still not very hard.. if you have a steady hand you could probably do it in about 5 min...
