New to CBR need help

I just peplaced my 05 GSXR1000 with a 07 REPSOL.  I am not that familiar w/ the honda since I have had 7 GSXR's.  I need to know what mods are recommended.  What pipe is giving the best hp?  I haven't decided if I am going to do a full system or a slip on.  Any suggestions would be great.
