Thanks for the tip... I had just read where someone had waited a couple of months and the color had faded some so they had to buy replacement stickers instead of repainting. I am planning on removing the stickers tonight.
Any tricks to it? Just peel off and remove the residue?

i use a simple but sweet tool for sticker removal called the
Lil Chizler -- works great for both removal and adhering new decals. i use ACRYSOL to remove any adhesive residue. it also helps to warm the sticker prior to removal - it makes the vinyl more pliable and less likely to tear, and reactivates the adhesive for easier removal.

Mine came off easily since I removed them right away.
I tend not to use any solvents on painted surfaces.
Warm soapy water will remove and residue.

Georgous bike man. It's awseome. The pics are excellent. So how is your overall riding impression in the 140 miles you have on her so far?

Well, it's obviously pretty limited, and these are all comparisons to the '06 F4i that I traded in - I have no experience on any other litre bikes:
It seems to fall into the corners a bit easier. I had read that the throttle was twitchy, but seems fairly smooth to me. The brakes are MUCH more responsive and it has tons more low-end torque. All-in-all it seems very responsive to the input it receives. I have not really tested it much, but I did take it through a pretty good set of twisties at moderate speeds.
I think it's going to live up to my expectations. I can't wait until it warms up again... by then I should have some decent time in the saddle and be able to learn how she behaves when I give her all I have.
I'm sure she can handle what I have, the big question is how much can I handle of her. I'm 47 -- I feel like she's my 21 year old mistress... that's built like a brick house!
