Actually the car tries to pass another car in front it. Both the bike and the car did not use turn signals when trying to pass.

Pause it as they are going around the turn. There is a car in front of the other. Then pause it again as the bike tries to pass. There is a shadow of the other car. Looks like the car was tring to pass also. And if not then the car was being a complete cock. But there is a car in front of the other.

^ That's what I can gather as well. Biker was in the wrong for trying to pass both cars. The red car was right on the other car's ass. Lots of mistakes:
1) No signals from either vehicle
2) Car not checking rearviews before attempting maneuver
3) Biker not realizing red car riding ass maybe would want to pass as well
Easily preventable...

I noticed a car in front too. Both of them were way to close and trying to pass in a bad spot. It happens.
