i just had mine torn apart for split seat converion (06 f4i) and when i got it all put back together it just sat there and turned and turned but it wouldnt start and it turned out that i had tooken a fuse out that i assumed went to my fuel pump and when i reinserted it it fired right up...it was a 30amp fuse the green one and it was located right next to the battery...good luck

yup check the fusebox specifically the fuel pump fuse and the bank angle sense fuse. the clicking is the giveaway.

Sounds like fuel pump didn't prime and you continued to crank it hoping it would start. Clicking sound is coming from starter motor cuz the battery has insufficient charge to engage the bendix throw out thingy. Charge battery and make sure angle sensor is hooked up.
