i've read forks from a 02-03 954 fit an f4i. now i was wondering what parts are needed to complete the swap. obvious ones are the forks, brake rotors, brake calipers, front fender, and triple are needed from the 954. is there anything else needed to complete the swap? also, i would like to know if anyone has done this and if they have pics? thanks!

I don't know about that. Usually people order parts made for their bike, not take them from a different bike and place them on your own....well that is unless you stunt...but stick to your own shit....things never run right with other crap not made for your own bike.

don't forget the front wheel unless it's the same already, which i'm sure it's not.
it would be sweet though as the 954 has bigger rotors and calipers and has inverted forks, or so you'll likely need to change your upper and lower triples and check as far as fit to your F4i frame.
lots of work and would look sweet and very different.
however, as far as functionality and riding behaviour, will ride much different than what you have now. better or worse, no one knows...
