R6

my brother just bought a new r6.  i rode it home because he had his car and i wanted to ride it.  my opinion:  engine and tranny are alot like the gixxers 600.  alot of header noise but a nice sound.  liked the way i was sitting on the bike riding but at stop lights it was too wide by the crotch and dug into my inner thighs, not fond of that.  NO and i mean NO get up and go until 13000 rpm.  no mid range at all, def a bike that is make for high rpm.  over all a nice bike but too much like the gixxer.  i wouldnt mind getting caught riding it by other people.   but nothing and i mean nothing will get me away from my RR.  

yeah it's a great track bike if you can hold onto those high revs

Even though they are close to the same size, I felt cramped on the R6 (6'' 220) where I don't on my F4...must be the ergos...
