Check my gallery. I got mine off eBay, I have the reflective ones. But you can get them at auto stores, just look for vinyl stripe tape.

$3.89 worth of red pin stripe tape from the local Autozone. It was Enough to do 2 sets of wheels and then some.

Tapeworks has great stuff for this kind of thing but it can be pricey compared to an auto-parts store. All my stuff is Tape-Works though and I like it.

www.tapeworks.com for me too. I got the "reflective red." Red in normal light, and with direct light shining on it, (at night) it is very reflective. Good Luck!

How did you install the strips?

If you can take your wheels off thats the easiest way, I just put my bike on my stands and just slowly put them on. Did you get the pre curved ones or just a straight roll? The pre curved are alot easier than the straight roll.

you wouldn't want to bother taking the wheel off just to put the strips!!! i make and sell precurved stickers, it's not a full circle, but cut to 4 quarters, so you install one quarter at a time. precurved last longer and do not peal off as soon as straight ones. also when buying strips make sure it's reflective and not just plain colour, becs i bought a set off the net only to see that it's not reflective!

I did mine differently. Instead of putting them on the side of the wheel, I put my on that bubbled edge on the lip of the rim. Makes the wheels seem larger (plus I wanted to do something different.) I initially thought that they were going to be ripped off when I replaced my tires, but no. They stayed on and still look great. (and it's just regular red automotive pinstriping.) Going on 6 months of use thus far.
