RepSol Seat Cowl???

Where in the hell can you find a Rear Seat Cowl for the RepSol Edition CBR??? I guess they are still backordered from Honda and they are non-existent on EBAY. Any suggestions on a where to try and how much is reasonable???

I got mine from a friend of a friend who works for honda. Took like 4 months to get it though. Just have to order though a dealer or the honda website. You can probably try MRCYCLES.com or Ronayers.com

RepsolRider, did you ever find your seat cowl? I thought Targa made one for the repsol.

everyone i know uses the regular REDcowl .. never knew there was a REPSOL color scheme seat cowl

Oh, I paid $138.00 for it. It kinda pays to have a friend of a friend in Honda. Targa does make one. I was going to get the Targa but the flavor of the factory one grew on me (Holes on the top), now I cant stand the Targa. Maybe I'd have to see it in person but it didn't look so good in pics.

I don't like the Targa one either............I guess nobody has an extra RepSol Colored Cowl in their pocket they don't need huh??? .................................. Crickets......Cricket..................

Talanz1000rr, what "regular Red cowl" are you talking about? Was I supposed to get a red cowl when I bought the Bike? DO you have a picture of the red cowl?

I do not like the regular passenger seat on my Repsol,. I never carry anybody with me. I like theGP look.

Yesterday, I went to the Honda dealer to order the seat cowl for the Repsol 1000RR, but I found out that the piece is in back order and there is not a ETA. The guy who was helping me told me that it will be better and faster if I got an after market seat cowl.

Any ideas on who is selling a decent seat cowl?. I like the one from honda, but I do not want to wait until next year to get one.

i am not sure where you guys are from ,but here in oz i got mine 3 days after ordering it through honda ,i paid $350.00 aus,and was told they had 5 in stock.

I got to see the Honda Seat Cowl "reponek" posted in a previous post (http://www.cbrforum.com/fb.asp?m=12278), but I am not sure if I like the two holes on the top. I want something more flat and clean. The Targa seat cowl does not look too bad. The attached picture, show the seat cowl for a 04 1000RR. Targa does have the repsol color.
