repsol windshield

i have had my repsol now for a few months. i want to change the windshield, but i want to keep the little sticker on the bottom that says repsol honda. does anyone know where i can find this sticker so i can put it on the new one? also, im looking for a good looking screen. i dont really want the smoke but am not sure which color would look the best and still alow the repsol emblem to show through. i have seen one orange one, but im not sure how close the color is or if it would even look good on it.

I was the same but I wanted a smoked windshield. I ended up getting the sticker through the dealer cause I wanted it bad. Bad enough to pay $25 bucks for it, shame. Went with the light smoke zero gravity double bubble windshield and put the sticker on (pain in the ass to get it perfect). You can see it during the day but not really super clear. It does look allot better though I must say (then without the sticker).

ill go check out the sticker today at the shop. maybe even squeeze in another ride. if the shop is the easiest place to get one, its easily worth it to me

i just found a memphis shades gradient orange shield. its is clear enough to see the honda sticker through it too. im going to go check it out

Where you getting that shield from website or shop? Just curious 'cause I'm looking for a new shade.

i found it in the shop book. it was a menphis shades gradient orange screen. i cant find any good pictures of it though.

If you decide to get one and put the sticker on it, post some pics, I'm curious to see how it will look.

im still trying to make the pics small enough. ive tried a few programs but cant figure it out. is there a way i can put them on without having to make them like 46 kb?

Download the free "Image Resizer" tool from Microsoft Power Toy's website:http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Then you can re-size the picture to any size you want (Custom Fit) and post it on this forum. Good Luck!

I just got mine and installed yesterday via ebay, it cost me 40 dollars shipping included.

I've had good luck getting replica type stickers from sign shops. They just scan it and custom cut the decal out of vinyl or whatever that sticker material is made out of. This is usually not expensive for single color type designs.

i think i finally decided to go with the memphis shades screen and repsol decal. if i ever get it on, ill post some pics. i found it for 51$ shipped. now i just have to find the sticker

If it were up to me I think I'd leave the stock windscreen on. I bought a sportech screen for my '06 1000RR (not repsol) but after I installed it I realized that I liked the stock screen better. I'm not sure why, but it's a cleaner look.

got a pic. i decided not to go with the sticker because i couldnt find it. i just took a carbon fiber sticker sheet and cut it to fit. then put a small repsol emblem on. i didnt think it would look so good on the bike when i first opened the package. but now that its on, i LOVE it!!

it looks ****ing horrible!!! Change it quick for a smoke zero gravity double bubble. Makes the bike looks tacky. A total discredit to the REPSOL.
