DISCLAIMER:
This is borderline offensive and really depends on the person viewing this material. I guess what makes me not find it offensive, is that joking around with my father concerning his parkinson's disease made it easier for us to cope with his degrading condition. So, this is not meant to be offensive to police officers or individuals with downs syndrome or those related or friends of such people.
The person playing the police officer actually has Down's Syndrome and he, like my father, enjoy making light of his infliction and is completely aware of what he is doing.

Holy Shit!!! i watched that in a quite place around other people who didnt know what i was doing and i bust out laughing and couldnt stop (i had headphones on) and now i am the laughing retard
