Has anybody ever installed these? I can't find to much info on them. Good? Bad?

I've got a set on my bike (pics in gallery), but they were installed by the previous owner. They look good, but do require cutting a hole in the fairing

The link in my previous post takes you to my pics...I just tried it and it worked
