Does anyone know where i can get a new set of side fairing bolts and screws? I have no idea what I did with mine, and I don't want to use hex head bolts, I want oem button head screws. I got my sides today, and the only tab that needs work is one by the subframe, no other cracks or splits anywhere, i don't think it was ever on its side! great deal. This project is starting to come alive, I'll try to get pics soon!

Pro-bolt will have everything you need. I think the web is
www.tastynuts.com. If they have what you need let me know and I will give you a number to the guy that imports them. He takes paypal and any other form of payment. He receives a shipment every week. I have ordered as much as $850 in titanium or as little as $20 in aluminium washers. No matter how little or how large, he can get it for you.

thanks man i'll check it out! You know your bike is the reason i'm keeping my F1 and pouring all this money into it. It inspires when you see someone work so hard on an older bike, and the end result is stunning. Can't wait for the new pics!

Thanks for the compliments. The fairing kit would be about $20. what color are you looking for. If silver, I might already have what you need. I have a 200 peice workshop kit from them in silver I stole off ebay for $25 bucks($130 new). If you don't mind silver and know exactly what you need, make a list and let me know and I might can fix you up.

I'm confused. Are we talking about fairings or bolts? I can't get a mental image.

I live in Los Angeles and found a great place called Metric Specialties (http://www.metricspecialties.com/). I bought 20 of the flange head fairing bolts for about two dollars. If you pay anymore than that than you are getting a severe mark up from someone who just pre packages the bolts for you. What a rip. There are so many guys on Ebay that offer bolt kits for specific bikes and charge a crap load for them.
The bolts used on most honda fairings are 6mm thread 10mm flange head bolts. This is a VERY standard find at any metric bolt shop in or near your town.

bolt kits. a 'fairing kit' would mean it has all the bolts to mount up your fairings.
