Should i do it??

well since i have a hard time deciding if im going to buy something or not, i'll ask for your help.

As of now i have always used a Shoei or Arai, but this KBC stares at me all day at work (bike shop) and i sware it calls my name when im not looking <whispers "Jooohn, Loook at me" > what does everyone think? Ive seen nothing but positive feedback on the KBC's so im not really worried about the comfort/quality and safety (in no particular order)
 

Have a look at the GOOD BUY post - maybe an x11 is within your budget ?
I'm not saying the KBC's a bad helmet, just that the x11's REALLY GOOD, and at that price......

Helmets would be so much better if they didnt have the BIG ASS company name branded on them.

I have a KBC and love it.  Comfort, fitment, and a quality constructed helmet.

I know there going for the "scratched look" but the radioactive emblem looks terrible.IMO

Would look killer with your bike!  I say get it...

I used a KBC (same model, different design) while I was waiting for the insurance back when Foxy 1 was wrecked. They were pretty decent, but I have to admit that I like my HJC Axis AC-12.

i was always into just solid helmets (have nolan x-801r in black) but thats a nice looking lid man.

Is the graphic effect purposefully done to look like you've been down? I thought radioactivity made you glow? To each his own though ... get it if it makes your willy tingle.

Its a cool lid, I just think it would look better minus the scratches

I like my KBC better then any of the others i have owned. Go for it.

KBC is a VERY good helmet for any price IMO. I wreck it one and held up great!!! Comfort is there, venting is there, weight (or lack there of) is good. Awesome helmets in my opinion.

I love the fit n feel of my KBC, but, its as loud as a wind tunnel. Trying a AFX next, maybe one day I will be able to afford a shoei lol.

i strongly recomend a good shoei i have a pascal replica and i got it on sale for like 500 bucks and super quiet light wieght and comfortable the only down side is that every time i scratached my blue mirrored visor it end up costin me like 85 bucks to get a new one

Stop using bandwidth and make your own decisions....BWAHAHAHAAHA!

I just tried on the HJC AC-12 Elbowz and even though I liked it, for $450 I'll keep my $160 HJC FS-10 thank you very much... I can live with the extra weight.

I have to agree with my wingmen. Just buy the damn thing, if you don't like it, keep it for a spare if it's as good as some of the reviews given here. You should be just fine and if not, you will have an extra helmet for date night

Date night sounds good, but not with a chick thatll fit in to my XL helmet

well its hanging on the wall in the bike shop i work at.. all i have to do is grab it and pay for it ( at cost )

do it, i think it looks sweet

and i put my kbc to a pretty good test, and my heads still here

So...how much is? I think that it looks awesome an would be able to go with almost any bike. If it was for under $200 I'd say go for it unless cost had nothing to do with it...I'm just cheap.
