Thought I would introduce myself, Im Jim and here is my first CBR, I moved on from the r6.

Figured I would show off my new purchase, 2006 600rr, 999miles and lots of powder coating done which saves me time.  How much did I get it for?  $6k, what a steal, some dude got it for his girl and she didnt like it, the only thing it needs is a new kick stand cuz the bike was lowered for her and an oil change. check it out....

and I have been waiting to put this sticker on something

I used to have those turn signals (the front ones). They were basically worthless. I recommend changing to something more visible.

Welcome. Nice bike.

thanks for all the nice words guys.   I got lucky for once, it was basically a race to be the first to get to the bike.

Ill try to get you a middle finger sticker to go with the shocker I got for you Funks, but it will probbly have to wait untill the VW show season starts and people are making these by the masses.  I think I paid like $1 for each sticker last year.  Im all out of shockers and that was the only middle finger I got.   Anyway see you tomorrow and well get all f-ed up, have fun at work.... im off again tomorrow.

I was thinking about putting it right in between my head lights, so that when I get on someone's ass on the road, all they'll see is a nice, blue, f-u in the rear view.

Damn, that could be song lyrics.

Let's get our drink on tonight, JimmySon.  Hope the wife didn't kill you for coming home with this before you really told her about it.  New Haven pizza night?

BTW - Get shoortbuss a sticker too, he's the man.  Shoortbuss, I'll mail it to you in Pitt, if you want.

I did notice it was backwards, but i figured it was kinda the only way to illustrate all the fingers and what not.

Air-cooled?

Welcome, nice find and great choice.

Water-cooled, Im building a 87 jetta coupe right now with a vr6 swaped in and a custom turbo will be going on too.  We cut the fire wall out and will be doing a custom smoothed bay, nothing but a motor.  For interior I got a 2000 gti and am swaping the entire dash and door panels into the 87.  As far as the door goes, the inner frame of the 2000 door was cut out and grafted into the 87 door.  Now the 2000 window regulators are working in the 87... its pretty amazing to see this stuff working.  I love this stuff

Still a cherry looking bike pun intended.  Looks like you got really lucky and someone must have taken good care of it before you had it with all those performance parts.
