Ok, so I'm going to stirr the pot a little.. Is it because Honda makes its bikes very smooth and predictable that make the people reviewing the bikes Not like them because they aren't "wild" enough, or is it just me???? I personally don't think there is anything wrong with smooth and predictable myself, but the testers sure think so. Please, read these two different shootouts and Post your comments here if I'm wrong!!!!! One is on my bike (Newer 1000F) and the next one is from the 2005 CBR1000RR. There are some things that sound very familiar between these two reviews.. Oh and by the way, the reviews are by two completely different companies!!! Now that is interesting... Read, enjoy, and comment please!!

This one is from MO - 1996 - http://www.motorcycle.com/mo/mccompare/opensportbikes.html

This is from Biketestusa - 2005- http://www.biketestusa.com/Article_Page.aspx?ArticleID=2086

Now tell me what you guys think, and see if its just me or is almost 10 yrs evolution in bikes, Honda's still get the same type of "Ho-Hum" Review.

I don't care....my CBR 1000F still excites me every time I ride it!! Nothing HO-HUM about my rides, And I happen to love the "intrusive engine vibration", lets you know she's there!! EFF 'em if they don't like my ride!!!

you know what they say, unimaginitive boring people give unimaginitive boring answers.

But they did find the Suzuki 50 quite compelling, had everything they were looking for! Yellow, oversized knobby tires, no suspention....

The 50 is compelling!! hahahahah.. I never even read the review of that!!
I just thought it was so interesting to see how people rated the bikes so bad, but they were winning bikes.. Interesting!!
