Any tips on the easiest way to change the spark plugs?
My neighbor suggests removing the radiator as the best solution?

Very little clearance, can't see how anyone could use a torque wrench
in such a confined space to dial in the documented 10 ft. lbs.???

I wouldnt fret the torque wrench part. It will be ALOT esier if you can take off the tank and airbox. Otherwise, I've found on both my CBR's that the tool kit spark plug tool works the best. I think I used to actually just pull the side panels off (not the entire fairing) and reach in and pull them out. It wasnt too bad. I damn sure did NOT remove the radiator.

yeah you can get in there and get em out without removing the radiator. its hard and frustrating, but it is possible.

FRUSTRATING is an under statement. Totally possibe to do, but be prepared for some knuckle rash and lots of swearing the first time you do it.

I took care of the plug change last night, following your advice to go in through the removal of the air box.
The #3 plug was the most difficult to remove and the #'s 1&2 the easiest.

What I was surprised to discover was, the #1 plug wasn't snugged down???
So I guess, "if you want it done right, you'd better do it yourself!"

Thanks for the help guys!
