Why would you do that to a bike that is essentially a track bike?

No they are a little different, but they do have them for sale.
Do what you want to your bike. It's yours.

No argument - it is your bike.
However, one has to question the wisdom of stretching a 600RR when there are many bikes more suited to straight-line racing. Let's face it, once you stretch the bike you can forget about keeping up in the twisties. I'd suggest that if you want a fast bike that goes great in a straight line, get a Busa.
The 600RR is a great bike - handling being one its best atributes. Once stretched, kiss the flickability goodbye. There are other 600cc bikes with more horsepower which MIGHT be better suited to being stretched and raced a 1/4 mile at a time.

They probably arent going to have anything like that out yet (in bik enumbers anyways). The bike has only been out for a month. They barely have the basics out (FE, Turns, Exhaust, Etc) So you arent going to find awkword stuff (stuff that usually isnt search for for these) quite yet. Dont get me wrong, someone who specializes in swingarms, stretching, etc, may have something, just not out in great numbers. CBR_racin is really into that so maybe he can help out more than us.
As for the trust comment, I would trust someone who has contributed for the site. You have been on here longer than me, but I am pretty sure I have helped a few more people on here than you, no offense.

Hey check out Jeepers Racing, they do alot of work on Hondas. You may have seen their CBR 1000RR in a few magazines. I've spoken to them a few times & seem like down to Earth guys. Their based out of NC, so if your on the East Coast, they might work for ya. PEACE!!!
