Ok time for an oil change. I grabbed a K&N filter. I'm looking to grab Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. I'm wondering which is better 0w-40 or 10w-40. I've rarely seen 0w-40 until i stopped in the car parts store just to see what they had, and didnt see mobil1 10w-40 just 0w-40... what gives? Should I definately look for the 10 over the 0?

I'm assuming you're referring to 0W40 auto oil since Mobil1 doesn't make a 0w40 for motorcycles. If so, do NOT use this oil. It is rated as EC for Energy Conserving. Do NOT use any Energy Conserving oil in a motorcycle with a wet clutch.

I looked but I didn't see any Motorcycle oil... you know anywhere online that sells Mobil1 10w-40 for Motorbikes ?

No. But buying oil online will not be cost effective.
My local auto parts store sells Mobil1 auto oil. If your local auto parts store sells Mobil1 but doesn't stock the motorcycle oil, they can probably order it.
