since the '07's tank has a plastic cover on it, what is the best tank bag to get? my guess is the magnets won't work too well - am i wrong?

You're right - Cortech makes a tank bag that straps on if you absolutely gotta have one.

actually the metal portion of the tank is close enough to the plastic near the front but not the back. here is my set up. it has straps and magnets.
