WTB the best rain proof tank bag? Have seen so many, but most only say "water resistant".
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Well, I had a Joe Rocket Manta tank bag and it came with a rain fly that slipped over it. Absolutely water proof. However, it'll do no good since it was the magnetic kind.
