Tax Returns!?!?!

So who has done their taxes yet?
 
I just did mine tonight and getting back 1000 bucks!!! ok, $994.xx but lets just call it a grand =]
 
Im stoked! hope everybody makes out pretty well.
 
My only problem is I dont know if I should buy stuff for my bike, or use it to help pay off the bike. lol.

Pay the bike off if you are able and then you can spend any extra money each month on a mod or save up for a big one.

Still waiting on my W2 from my previous job.

Still waiting on both of my W2s.

Just got my W-2 today from my current job.... still waiting for my W-2 from the previous job down in Florida.  I hope I get something back.... I think I got all of $47 back last year 

I'm still waiting on some tax info. Hopefully all the bonds I've been cashing to pay for school and such don't come back to seriously destroy my refund. I'll send mine the moment I get all my information.

Waiting on a 1099-DIV.
Did a quick estimate, should be seeing bout 6K coming back. 
+ the tax rebate from the gov. this will be a decent year.
 
 
So.. Who does their own and who takes it in to preparer?
I go to HR Block. 
I know... I know... Why pay someone else to do something you can do yourself.
But it will be less likley something will be F'd up.

Its not like your really getting paided. You make that money in the first place but the government took it away. Now your just getting it back. Hell they don't even pay intrests for holding onto your money. Screw income tax.

I claimed zero all year and had to pay $3000 last year. I haven't paid them yet, and it is time to do taxes again. I am screwed!!!

Make sure you do your state taxes too. I only get like $5 from the state back. I put that money toward my state taxes for next year. I'm build it up for a long time then request it all back and the state is gona wtf.

I'm getting 6k from Federal and 360 from State. Plus that rebate when it goes into effect i'll be getting 1800.  For a grand total of 8000

i hate taxes.  i'm still waiting for a bunch of tax documents.  on average, i pay about 6K a year plus a few hundred dollars for my CPA to prepare my tax returns..

waiting on 1  w-2, then it's turbo tax time...

I have had to pay about $2K the last couple years.  Since I work in Mexico and live in Texas I have to pay Mexican taxes as well as US Taxes.  The company that I work for pays Deloitte & Touche to prepare the Mexico and the US taxes for me. Since I always pay I do not turn anything in until April 15th.

I haven't done anything yet but I'm guessin I'll pay around $3k... and I already paid $15k off paychecks:*(

Bush is trying to pass a bill that will give the economy extra  money to spend since it's been down.

ooo ya i almost forgot about that.. hmm

My return went into my savings account last night. $1100. Im just going to save it... But I might pick up a PS3 tonight .

Just got back from IMS in Cleveland with a few ideas on how to spend it.
It will not be on an '08 1000rr.
 

Give your extra money to me and next year write that amount off as a chartiable donation.
