Ya, I think there's a longer clip of it. I believe the biker was riding his ass for a long time. Not that what the car did was right, but we need to see more of the vid.
It is always the passing vehicle that has the responsiblity of saftey, not the vehicle getting passed. The biker was foolish in this clip

So were you mad at the biker for being a dipsh*t cause the driver did nothing wrong. If anything the driver was trying to get away from the moron following 5 feet behind.

Well, I think the car driver could have signalled their intention to pass, if that's what they were doing. The biker could certainly have avoided the accident if they were a safer rider, though.
Following too closely and then moving up on the outside slowly doesn't seem too bright to me. Hang back a bit and then paste it when you're going around.

the car does use his blinker... the biker just tried to rush the pass anyway

The red car was passing another car. They probably never knew the bike was behind them. The bad thing is I dont think they stopped.
