Two month's ago with 800 miles and 4 oil & filter changes I installed the Two Bro's Ti-can and mid pipe on my 07 RR. Ran poor at bottom end when I left the yard but improved after every mile. 75 miles later put it on a dyno and the fuel burn was perfect, no flat spots, no power commander, nuttin. Smooth through out the entire range except at 2000, it does a brief little putter putter thing, I love it, sounds very very angry when you stab it at any rpm range in any gear........

I have the same setup on my 06' RR, and pretty happy with it. Although I have also installed a power commander and BMC Race filters...and definately noticed an improvement in throttle response. The sound of the pipe is ok. I have heard some people say TwoBros pipes on a 1000 RR sound like a four wheeler at lower rpm's. Sounds great at 12,000 rpm though. I do have one question for you though...800 miles and 4 oil & filter changes???

You're throwing away some perfectly good motor oils/filters - they perform better than you think. I know a new motor breaking in will shed some metal particles but a change at 600 and 1000 miles would be plenty sufficient IMHO. Anyway, I have the 2 Bros mid-pipe and CF can - worked out very well with the Power Commander. It did take a few hundred miles for the computer to learn. I do have a "powertip" installed to quiet things a little.

i had a two bros can on my 2004 rr it was awesome. i had a power commander and k&n air filters. bike was amazing. i was gonna go with the two bros on my 06rr but decided to try the boz bros pipe. it has more bark than the two bros.
