it was his radar detector.. if you watch in the beginning of the vid - right when he gets close to the cop, it will tick off.. and then when the cop comes up behind him, it starts again..

The moral of the story is that if you give off a bad attitude you will likely get one in return. The cop should have been professional enough to get past it but obviously didn't. Hmm, meeting a friend in a parking lot that's being vandalized regularly along with his history of run-ins with the cops, yes I would say that is suspicious.

That dude was a complete jackass (the dude that got pulled over). Seriously, what was he *going* to do with that video camera in that vacant parking lot? Why did he have a video camera to begin with? And why did he start up that "young punk-ass" attitude?
That kid was up to no good, the cop knew it, and the kid started an attitude. I would have gone off on his "young punk ass" too!
The Cop should have kept his cool, but that kid was asking for it.
