I'm buying both and doing trackdays with them.

Hell the second one is a steal 227 hp for $55G thats only a mear $242 per HP.....

Ehh I dont really like extended swing arms. I could prollly do one on a busa. But It would look like that red one.. Blagh!

wow... thats toooo much money and those tires are wayyyy too big for my taste. though i wouldnt mind taking the 'busa for a test ride.

If you are looking for truly ugly bikes you can put in "Hyabusa" in Google Images and plenty will pop up.  Or live in Atlanta.
 
I will admit that if I lived in a flat area where the only turns are at 4ways (Say Coastal Florida, Kansas, Desert, etc).  I could see owning a Busa/ZX14 and doing odd ball stuff like that.  But I'd do as much work as I can myself for fun.

But living near mountains no way.

I live just south of Atlanta and I see that ugly crap all the time ... I know exactly what you mean

this one just looks like a caricature of a motorcycle

large series tires is such a rediculious modification, you would have to be a true asshat to do that to your bike

Slow down cowboy... The bike is located in Puerto Rico, where english is NOT their first language, and vehicles are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE.
 
The guy should have gotten someone to check his auction for spelling, and grammar, granted, but that's not to say he coudn't own the shop where the bike is located (note the background on the pictures)
 
Still, doing that to a sportbike is a crime against humanity, especially in that island, where a good set of mountain twisties is not more than 25 minutes away from anywhere.
 
Expecting to recoup that kind of an investment on a vehicle is optimistic at best.
 
However, that kind of vehicle customization has nothing to do with the vehicle's intended purpose, and all to do with stating "look how much money I have... I can waste it like this and not care"

Sure, certain mods are damn ugly. But someone likes them. Let 'em have it.

And I know it doesn't seem like it, but nationally, the average Suzuki customer with a GSX 1300R is a mid-30's sport touring type. They sold 10,000 Hayabusa's last year alone--that means all kinds of people are buying them.

Stereotypes are nonsense. If you're afraid to buy a bike because 'everyone that rides one is a cock', then you've just proved you care more about what others think of you instead of what you think of yourself.

I would love to have a GSX-R 1000, or any other bike that makes my balls tingle. Even the new Hayabusa is worth looking at (for about three seconds...).

Every ZX14 is ugly so this one is no different, the Busa is dopey but cool. It isn't any more or less dumb that a chopper? And if you are gonna mod a sportbike there really is a limit to what you can do and it seems like he did it all. Are these mods any dumber than a kid that mods a 4 door accord with a body kit and a big muffler? All I can say is I am glad I don't have to clean it.

Customization that ruins the functionality of a bike is just plain dumb. If neither bike never sees the dragstrip, then...dumb. But geeez, is that ZX-14 just plain ugly?
