Hi everyone,
I just picked up my bike from the person i bought it from yesterday morning. Remind you i havent ridden for 8 or 9 months since the msf course. I did just find and i believed i was blessed. I rode my bike 25 min to my house in the rain and fog. Hardly could see shit but the most important thing is i got it home safe, But a bit of bad luck did happen after i got it home. I put this onguard disc lock on the rotor of the backwheel. Stupid me the key part was facing the wheel axle making it impossible to insert the key. After messing around with it rocking it back and forth my bike tipped over. Luckily it tipped over on GRASS! No major damage was done just my left mirror broke off due to me not thinking picking it up by the mirror and not the bars it snapped on me grrr i guess that is when the newbness kicks in. I finally got the lock off by cutting the base head of the key and wiggling the short end after it was cut and i got it open. So here goes my new bike in immaculate condition no scraps on the fairings no dings minor imperfections not noticiable at all. I think i got a pretty good deal for 4700 wat do you guys think??(3,530 miles). Will post picks once i figure out how to it keeps saying file too large

no worries, i dropped my bike with 10 miles on it trying to back into a parking spot, then with 15 miles on it forgetting to put the kickstand down

oh i thought this was a thread for an easier way to make the swingarm "spool friendly" w/o having to either weld on tabs or the drill and tap kit...
as for dropping it... my one experience was thanks to my roommate back when I had the YZF600... he was trying to move it while it was in the shed to get at the grill that was behind it(i was taking a nap and he didn't bother to wake me first) and it tipped over... cracked the windscreen, front cowl, and mirror... cost about $350 for everything and he paid... and of course never touched my bike again
also last night was my first experience w/ my "new" Pitbull stand and was VERY careful in holding it up by the "spoiler" on the back while putting the stand in place and after it was lifted did the "earthquake" test to make sure it was on there good... works like a charm and i know i'm gonna enjoy this stand for years to come... especially with how easy it makes chain lubes!!!
