What to expect from ERC

I've signed up for the ERC course next Sunday here in Nashville. I've had several bikes over the years, & last held a license in 1997. I got my F4i last November and I've put a few hundred miles on it around my neighborhood this winter.
 
I didn't want to signup for the BRC, because the description sounded a little too basic.
 
What should I expect from the experianced course? Even though I've ridden for years, I've never had any proper training, just learned from my own experiances.
