I'm tired of looking at the ugly stock wheels on my bike. I also want red wheels but I can't afford rims right now. :( What would happen if I just took my wheels off and ran the bike like that?

I'm certain when you first posted that pic...getting your new PP's on...that whenever a picture is taken of a bike with no wheels...an angel loses it's wings and falls from heaven.

Just think of the angels next time you want to remove any wheels...it could be your guardian angel that kicks it...

This wouldn't be a jab at the people coming on here asking if they can run without exhaust would it, for shame.

Who said you can't ride a bike without the exhaust?  We're talking the can, right?  I don't see a problem...

Hondas are soooooo perfectly balanced, you shouldn't have a problem
Why not just powder coat your rims red.?.........looks damned good IMHO.....

wait....

you need an exhaust and wheels to run a bike?

and here i was thinking it was my blinker fluid needed to be changed

take the chain off, and attach a weed eater wire to the front sprocket. push it down the sidewalk, throttle up, and edge the lawn.

Get a big rear sprocket and ride wheelies everywhere.

Not exactly the same as running the bike w/o an exhaust can.

Playfulgod--any chance of getting a better pic of the top of your front stand?  I was wondering about the mechanics of it, as that is the only thing that has been keeping me from building my own.

Mah, they're/we're just havin' fun with ya.

Sometimes we get bored and resort to making fun of our own.  Hang tight with us, there'll be a GSX-R make the headlines soon enough and we'll go back o making fun of them...

Serously though, we're just having some fum with ya!  Kind of like a, "welcome" of sorts...
