Haha, I know. I didnt hear anything either., Maybe it was so loud, we couldnt hear. However, they did say, "it's just for decorations man!!!" So maybe its just for decoration
inside the pipe, that way people can see it when they lay on the ground.

I'm thinking that the installer musta put the "stealth" whisler in good ol' Bubb Rubb's Probe. It makes the car invisible and that's why he's able to drive in the left lane and drive through stop signs without any danger. What a tard. I hope the cops were watching and got his license plate number and start harrassing him with their own "WOOOOO WOOOOO" sirens as an alarm clock.
