When my dad coached my older bros in little league he was standing at the dug out door and got nailed by a hit ball right in the neck. He went down like a sack of potatos. Almost suffacated.

First base 12 years old, wasn't paying attention, *tink*, I look towards home just in time to catch a line drive with my throat.
Almost suffocated. Hahaha, crazy.
Nasty vid! I'm thinking I would rather take a neck shot again than one to the head like that.

I hate when they come right back up the middle!
I pitch on a D league men's softball team. Your allot closer in softball than you are in baseball and the balls come back at you with a vengence! I know its hard to compare softball to baseball, but its a nasty feeling when your looking square at a ball trying to take your head off.
