MPP are the best tires i have ever bought, I have mine on my 03 f4i, and so far have gotten 6400 miles out of them and from the looks of it, i can probably get 600-800 more out of them. And dont think that i baby it either, i pop up the front every once and a while and head up the mountain (nice twisty ride) every couple weeks and to top it off, it is my daily driver being that it is all that i have, so getting 5k out of it should be cake.

I doubt you got Pilot Powers as stock tires, it is probally Pilot Sports, which are decent, but no way compare to the Pilot Power..if you did get the powers that is awesome

I just saw Michelin Pilot, didn't see the rest. Atleast I didn't get the Dunlops I guess. I will have to take a look at which Pilots I have.

I just picked up a pair of MPP's cant wait to get them mounted after reading all these comments, I guess I made a good choice seeing that theres no bad remarks about these tires. If your from Alberta Canada then go to Alberta Cycle on 97 street and yellowhead trail, they have 30% off their tires all year round! Saved myself $100.00 on my rear tire....

why do people rip on dunlops...even the 208s? they were one of the best tires i've tried until i went with diablos. ultra sticky and great wear. pilot powers are dope, but as far as turn in...it does make the bike dive in hard and sensitive to it, which i do not like. diablos gives you a neutral feel, where the bike does not feel like it's diving in too hard. however, the powers do have greater lean angle than the diablos, based on the tire profile. both are ultra sticky, both wear dope. so...on top of the list, should be both! i'm waiting on the qualifiers, but dude, at those prices...those tires aren't even on my top 5!

Check out Qualifiers at indysuperbikes.com. Very cheap compared to retail.

ORIGINAL: NewGenSTi I have about 600 miles on my new mpps and O love em. this is on an 02 f4i. they look like the day I mounted them after 600 miles and they stick great in everything. I live in the northeast so we have some pretty crappy roads from the winters up here and even with the cracks and bumps and gravel and dirt and dust I have not had a single moment where these tires felt like they were going to let me down. even got caught in a downpour the other day and they hooked up great in the wet as I was moving pretty quick to find cover out of the rain. heh.. anyways not sure how long they will last but lile I said 600miles strong hoping to get around 5k out of them. also couldnt beat the prioce of $200 for the front and rear. where did you ge tthese for 200$?

YEA BABY...if the price keeps up, i'm running qualifiers next baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but if it sucks...that would just suck then. looking at the tread pattern, it's parallel, like the 208s and pilot powers. i think these will follow groove on freeway...

In fact I am looking at buying the cheaper manual tire changing equipment to change and balance the tires myself. I need to get them soon because my original 208's are about shot after 4000 miles of moderate to hard riding.

right now i have the MPP and they are the the best i've tried so far, i've been looking into the dunlop qualifiers a little bit recently, from what i hear they dont have that good of life in them, but while you have tread you rip it up
