Hmm... I'm not sure who's responsible for gathering their data - but the Missouri information is wrong. Both left and right turn signals are required for inspection as well as a left mirror. You don't have that then you don't pass inspection, therefore no licensing. Also, those are just state laws, every city has it's own ordinances - even if you're traveling through, you may get pulled over for lack of turn signals or a crazy exhaust. Oh well, maybe they're catering to the traveler.

thats pretty useful. now i know what i need. maybe if ur traveling u should know what the regs are n each city if they do it by city too.
