Hi there, I have just picked up a 1992 CBR 1000 F and am extremly happy with the machine I rode the bike over 1,000 ks on the weekend with out any problems at all, motor run like a dream. BUT it has a real issue in starting in the mornings it takes maybe 5 minutes of cranking the motor over and over I have tried giving say 3/4 choke then as soon as it fires go to no choke, I was told by a work mate to change the plugs over ? Rang bike shop and they said it would have to come in adn be looked at, and then was told it takes nearly an hour to take the fairing off to get to the motor!!! Found out by undoign the two tank botl the tank tilts upward and thus being able to access motor. Has anyone out there had the same problem if so I would love to hear your solution.
