Something we need a professional to do, or it can be done by anyone?

Depends on what kind of decals? You talking about an actual Honda decal set? It should be pretty easy to do yourself. Just like putting stickers on your old Transformers, match up the pictures to your bike .

It's easy but not that easy as you have to be precise

I was going to let the guy at my body shop put them on when he repaints and fixes my tank, and fairings for rash and scratched. He is one of the best body shop in Philly, but he specializes in Cars and doesn't do any custom graphics, just straight paint jobs. Over the years, I have seen plenty of people bring in plastic and he has painted it well. I have seen some crazy candy paint jobs on bikes and he did one paint with the electric blue from the Nissan Z that was sick. Does he need the plastic to be on the bike to match it up or can he do it by eye, or are their instructions for the decals? My upper is factory OEM so he would need to match the sides from that.
