I needed to get a second helmet and was all set to get a Shoei or a Suomy Spec 1r Martin replica. The Suomy just wasn't comfortable at all. Damn!!! The Shoei rf1000 and X11 fit perfect (I have never tried on a more comfortable helmet), but I didn't like any of the graphics on them. So i put off the Shoei purchase until they put out some graphics that I like. So I went ahead and ordered the KBC force rr airborne 2 without even trying it on. All I can say is this helmet is so much more comfortable than my HJC AC11. Almost as comfortable as the Shoei. Just thought I'd share some pics.

I gave my wife a choice between three helmets. She picked the KBC you see above. Ironic huh?

I am thinking about just a black Force RR. Please tell me what you think of the helmet... Is it comfortable on long rides? How does it breath? Does it smash your head after a while? Is it a good bang for your buck? Anything that you can tell me would be great.
BTW I love this graphic, but I want no graphics, so black it is.

I can relate on buying based on graphics, but fortunately my Daijiro replica was on an X-11...it was like a dream come true.

The helmet feels just as comfortable as the Shoei x-11 and the rf1000 (atleast to me). The venting is awsome! A little loud. Not unbearable though. But that's the trade off with good venting. Since I got this helmet I havn't even picked up my HJC ac-11. I like it that much more. The visor change is super quick and easy. Blows away the HJC in that respect also. Fit and finish is very nice. No complaints whatsoever. Good bang for your buck.

Hey, I'm thinking about ordering the DARK online and was wondering how the sizing is. I have a HJC and I wear a LG, will I need a LG in this one too? Thanks
