I used Shell Standard Unleaded at first, but now use Shell 98 Octane I do notice that the bike has a bit more power on 98 than 93 (just noticeable, I think) I have been told by a bike shop to stay away from BP(I think it was BP??) as they have had problem with fouling plugs. I never use to start the bike with the choke, and it would fire on about 2 cylinders before all four would fire, now I start with the choke and it now starts on 4 straight away and the choke holds the idle for me, where before I had to hold it up a little for a minute with the throttle. At first, I found the bike a little tricky to start, but now, I've worked it out. Gold Coast - Queensland

I use 95 oct and she runs nicely and starts at once. The choke helps getting petrol when the bike is cold and stayed for a while. There is no petrol pump in my -90.
