Alright everyone, What's the fastest you've been on 04-06 CBR 1000RR? Mine so far is 150 mph, but the best is yet to come. Name your top speed & comment about it. I don't think anyone has gone pass 185 mph on this bike, for it is the fastest it can go & the slowest among liter bikes.

05 1000rr: 187 mph @ 9800 rpm (i think i was shaking just a little bit haha) in 6th

ive run an actual GPS of 185.5mph @13.1k rpm on my 06'.. about 5 more mph and ill be satisfied....... for a couple weeks..LOL

btw a stock 1000rr wont do much more than 173-175mph actual speed.. not speedo..

on the back roads of my local canyons i hit 189 on my stock speedo. i am not sure if the speedo is exactly accurate but that was really fast. you get that wierd tunnel vision where the side blur and only right in front of you is clear. what a rush.

I managed to clear the speedo at 299 KM/HR but that is with e stock speedo and 45t rear..LOL!! I know the speedo is way off...but its a rush with e sudden acceleration on the rear 45t sprockets..hmm i likeeee!!

Blade with your 45T you will only have a top speed of 260km/h. But on the bright side your acceleration must be super quick with rapid gear changes.

yeah thats on speedo.. even with the healer its not accurate.. at 9800 rpm the bike could never pull those speeds.. mine is at 13k at goes a real 185mph on radar/gps..
