Do NOT ever buy from 1tail.com. They drop ship everything (meanimg that they order from someone else and have it shipped to you and keep a % of the sale). And if you need to return or exchange, they don't answer e-mails or voice mails. And when you finally get a refund, its minus 20%.

I can understand the 20%, it sounds like a restocking fee.

Poor Communication is unaceptable.

sad thing is that most companies drop ship items...but should still stand behind their products. i guess their idea is not to be in business for a long time, but rather, to do well now and then sell or close shop...

ive had good experiences with one 1tail! personally i dont care where it comes from as long as its cheap.
