If someone driving your (titled in your name) bike, wrecks, and damages someones property or personal self, you WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE! PLEASE TRUST ME AND PM ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR A YEAR NOW!

Never let anyone make payments.....I let people in the family only do this.....Hell and there are even people in my family I would say no too.....A stranger, a friend, or a co worker I would say no too aswell.....Becuase if the title goes into their name, they dont have to pay shit.......its theres end of story. and you just got screwed

Since jan 1st of 06. If a car or motorcycle has a lein on the title only the lein holder which is the bank can allow some other then the person who took out the loan register the car or bike.. therefore no one can register the bike he is letting someone take over the payments on.. It must stay under his name a insured as well.. Just saying I went through this back in march of this year.. I paid the bike off. But had to find the guy that I MADE THE DEAL WITH WAY OUT IN ILLINOIS...

I know that it isn't hard to draw up legal documents, you say you were looking for an attorney.....Where the hell were you looking??? OPEN THE ****ING PHONE BOOK DUMBASS! Dude some people "buy" a bike for less than the total loan amount because the bank charges and tacks on the interest. Thus you have a higher loan amount than actual cash value of the motorcycle. It's called BEING IN DEBT and that is why people can't get out of debt. INTEREST.

By the way this was a VERY entertaining post. I haven't read this much crap in who knows how long.
