Get the Pilot Powers and you will not go wrong. I was up at Mid-Ohio for track days and one of the instructors had them on his bike and after 5 days worth of track days they had all kinds of tread left. I put them on my wife’s 600RR and after riding it at Mid-Ohio I could not believe how quick they warmed up and how excellent they stuck to the track. Personally I would sacrifice a couple hundred miles for better feel and traction. I have Pirelli Corsa's on my 1000RR and although they feel good they don't feel as good as the PP's. I hear they are good for between 3000 and 4500 miles depending on how aggressive you ride.

MPP's are very good. I decided to try the Qualifiers though and do not regret it. Warms up quick and sticks great!

diablos are good for about 5K of riding...depending on if you do burnies or not...but straight street riding, about 5K...canyons, you'll get more since you're using the sides too.

diablos do stick awesome...but due to the profile, you can't get as much lean on these as you can with the dunlop or PP...regardless...most never lean that much anyway.
