They may lighten the load that the engine has to work against, but that is about it. If you are looking to add power, then I would go the other route. The stacks/filter don;t make the bike corner or brake any better, and the rims will help your acceleration ALL THROUGH the rev range, not just 10,000+ :) Besides, no one is going to looks at your bike and say "Nice looking air filter!
